Efficient Workout
There
are many rumors and myths about when the body does and begins to
burn fat. The fact is that the body actually burns fat constantly,
in a mixture of fat and carbohydrates.
This comes from simply
living. Things as breathing, thinking and digestion are all big
calorie spenders.
Whenever you have been working out,
and want to find out how much weight you have lost, then all that
matters is not how much fat you have "burned", but how many calories
you've burned and how many calories you took in through eating.
All of this taken into
consideration, you should lose the most using a hard and intense
fitness plan. But that is far from true! If you only have short and
intense workouts, you increase the risk if getting injuries which
will make it hard to workout more than 2 times a week.
If you want the most from your
workouts you should vary between short and intense workouts and long
low intense workouts. Both workouts will help you burn a lot of
calories thereby helping you to lose weight.
If you have problems with knowing if
you are on a low or high intense workout or find it difficult to
find a stabile and effective workout pulse, then you should
seriously consider getting yourself a pulse watch. This will help
you monitor your pulse, and will tell you if you are in or outside
the optimal calorie burn pulse.
