to produce enough insulin or makes the cells unable to use the
insulin produced.
For
the body to be able to use sugar from the blood,
insulin is needed to bring the sugar from the blood and into the
cells. If the sugar stays in the blood and are unable to get
into the cells (and get used) it can cause dizziness as your

happy life.
